You’ll need to make sure and measure your legs without any clothing on, and you should use a flexible measuring tape like tailor’s tape while your feet are firmly flat on the ground.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to measure for compression stockings:

Supplies: You'll need a flexible measuring tape and a piece of paper and pen to note down measurements.

Time of Day: It's best to measure your legs in the morning when they are least swollen.

Positioning: Sit in a comfortable position with your feet flat on the floor. Make sure your legs are not crossed.
